2024 Select Tournament Information (for visiting teams)
Once again the WGSA will be proud to be hosting Select tournaments throughout the summer. Please read all of the information below, including that found when clicking on the button "Tournament Info".
Fees
Payments made be made via
- e-transfer: wgsa_treasurer@whitbygirlssoftball.com
- cheque: payable to WGSA, 380 Inverness Dr. Oshawa, On L1J 5T4
Please note: No refunds will be issued if a registered team withdraws during the 2-week period prior to the tournament date, unless a replacement team is found.
Teams are required to provide Proof of Insurance for each tournament along with their tournament application.
Information
- Tournaments are round robin style with a 3 games guaranteed
- Medallions for teams placing 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
- MVP Medallions will be provided for all games.
- Confirmation of your team's acceptance will be made once the application and payment are received by the W.G.S.A.
- A draw will be done prior to the tournament with the farthest two teams given a first time slot bye.
- OSSTA Rules apply.
- Wait list will be in effect should a division become full.
- Team rosters are to be submitted in advance of the tournament date into which you are registering.

If you would like to register your team for one of these tournaments, please download the application form and rules below. Be aware that tournament slots will be filled on a first come first serve basis, but only once the application form with the accompanying payment has been received by the WGSA.
